PAGE UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Our student athletes have had fractured relationships over the past 5-6 months and need to be able to feel safe and connect with others. Coaches have knowledge of fitness and conditioning, sport specific activities and strategy/chalk talk but integrating the social-emotional piece at this time is critical. Our hope is to give coaches ideas of implementing team building, mindfulness and yoga into their sessions with their student athletes. Several resources and ideas are listed to provide additional information to coaches.
